What data I process and why

Through the enquiry form I process the data you enter yourself: name, phone number, e-mail, vehicle details and your message. The data is used exclusively to prepare a quote and communicate about your enquiry.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when submitting the form, and on steps taken prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Retention and sharing

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to communicate with you, at most two years from the last contact, unless we enter into a contract – in that case documentation is kept as required by tax law. Data is never sold or shared with third parties, except providers that run this website and e-mail, and where required by law.

Cookies

This website uses no tracking or advertising cookies. Site traffic is measured with Vercel Analytics, which uses no cookies and records visits anonymously, without tracking individual visitors.

The one exception is the map on the Contact page: it is shown by Google, which sets its own cookies and processes your IP address. It therefore loads only once you accept cookies in the notice shown on your first visit; until then Google Maps is not called at all. Google’s own privacy policy applies to the map itself.

Your answer is kept in your browser’s local storage (the key “bevc-map-consent”) so you are not asked again on your next visit. It stays on your device and is never sent to me, and you can change it at any time.

Form draft in your browser

While you fill in the enquiry form, what you type is saved continuously to your browser’s local storage, so an accidental reload does not cost you the text. The draft stays on your device and is never sent to me; it is deleted as soon as the enquiry has been submitted successfully. On a shared computer you can remove it by submitting the enquiry or by clearing your browser data.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to your data, its correction, deletion or restriction of processing, and withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. Send requests to goran@bevcdetailing.si. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Slovenian Information Commissioner.
